Oliver – *Adopted*
Location: SF Peninsula, CA
Reason given up for adoption: Shelter Stray
Temperament: Loves people, active, needs training and has a good will to please.
Health Condition: Good
Placement Limitations: Northern California only, must have secure fenced yard, no other dogs or cats, new owner must be willing to train, no kids under 10 due to his exuberance.
Special Needs: No
MUST LOVE RECEIVING KISSES – This is one of Oliver’s wishes for his new owners. The staff at the shelter that cared for Oliver remarked on how nice he was to interact with and how much he seemed to love people.
He appeared to be well cared for when found as a stray, but despite being at the shelter almost 2 weeks, no family came for him. Although we have no history on him, he seems to have been primarily an indoor dog since he barks when he needs go out for a bathroom break. He very much needs to be a family member in his new home. He has progressed with his leash training in his temporary foster home but still needs more work.
