Meet Handsome.
Found as an emaciated stray, this cute, smaller package was lucky to find a family who took him in, treated his medical maladies, crate and house-trained him, and helped him get ready to find his forever home. His current home describes him as an “old soul” who loves humans (including kids) and other dogs. His estimated age is 3 years.
He has been neutered, now weighs 40-45 lbs, is current on vaccines, and is heartworm negative with a normal blood panel. He has been diagnosed with epilepsy and will require twice-daily phenobarbital as well as vet checks every 6 months to manage this condition. He is currently sharing his home with 2 active Frenchies and, while not as active, he still enjoys his occasional playtime with them. After a rough start in life, this young man is ready to find that special person who is prepared for a new buddy.
A donation will be required to help cover the cost of his initial medical treatment and neutering.
