Meet Skylar 
Skylar is an 18-month-old spayed Bulldog mix with a big heart and an even bigger personality. She came into rescue after her previous owner experienced a medical crisis and could no longer care for her. Despite the change, Skylar has remained her happy, tail-wagging self.
Weighing in at 34 pounds, Skylar is a strong, muscular girl who’s full of energy and always ready to brighten your day. She’s had soft palate surgery, is up to date on vaccines, heartworm tested, and microchipped—completely ready for her next chapter.
Skylar previously lived with a male French Bulldog and did wonderfully, and she’s both dog- and cat-friendly. She is house trained and crate trained, and she was comfortable being home during the day while her owner worked. She could use a little polish on her leash manners, as she can be a bit strong and eager on walks.
